Everyone can feel anxious sometimes throughout there lives, worried or afraid of something that is happening in your life, or even obsessed about something that is going on. when that fear, worried, afraid or anxiety becomes a problem that gets in your way of your life, like school or work, relationships and ability to enjoy things and even cope with life, it doesn't tend to go away and then it causes you to be distressed and miserable all the time, this is when it starts to become more of a serious problem. wanting to avoid of even run away from things that can worry us or make us feel uncomfortable and afraid, is a normal reaction that people get which has developed over the course of evolution and helps us respond to life threatening situations. having an anxiety disorder means that this response is causing you more problems in your life then good.
